Chair Fitness Fusion

This class combines chair fi tness with yoga for a ninety minute fun and gentle workout. In this class we focus on strength, balance and cardiovascular health, and fi nish with yoga stretches, breath work and deep relaxation. All while sitting! Use of resistance bands and weights.

Get Limber

This class begins with the Melt Method hand and foot treatment to improve balance and reduce tension, followed by Essentrics which is a big, flowing movement class that helps with mobility and an overall feeling of strength. We do not get on the floor in this class.
