The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville is currently offering select funding for home owners and landlords through two Secondary Suites Programs. The intent of these programs is to increase the supply of affordable rental housing for low-income households through the creation of secondary suites.

Please note that all Secondary Suites within the Town of Gananoque are subject to a Class II Development Permit with the Town, which is separate from outside funding applications (including programs through the County).
